Hotel Demas City

The hotel staff are warm and friendly especially Laura Hemmer who always goes out of her way to assist us. We also like that the hotel is surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores and a walking distance to the train station. Even to Marienplatz and a lot more. Housekeeper also changed our towels everyday. There is always free water. I love also that there's plenty of clothes hangers and storage places. The room was big enough to accomodate our 6pcs of big luggage plus others.

The hotel is placed in a one way street and it is only about a 5 minute walk to all the shops. Turn left out of the hotel and you have a fantastic coffee shop and right takes you to a small convenience store and on to the major shops. Across the road through a small alleyway you have a small supermarket. You were far enough away from the noise of the main roads and trams but close enough to go to the shopping areas. The hotel itself is deceiving as it is only a small entrance but their is 5 floors which is accessible via a lift. The breakfast is simple but a decent selection and the rooms are clean and comfy. The bathroom is a wee bit small but the shower is extremely powerful.

Location is very good for tourist. Staff is friendly and breakfast area (5th floor) feels very comfortable. Breakfast food is good (regular). There is a small garage at basement accessible by a car elevator. It can park about 10-12 cars. You drive in the narrow alley way right next to the hotel, to a self operated car elevator (press down button like elevator, open the door yourself, drive into it, close the door, and wait for it to go down, then find a parking spot. Likewise when you are coming out. Reverse into elevator, and go up). There is also a public parking garage opposite in few blocks away.

Location. Quite close to Múnich Hauptbahnhof (main station) and from main attractions of city Center. Rooms are comfortable enough to have a good rest. I didn’t have breakfast so I cannot comment on that matter.

So quiet, which we really loved. Helpful staff, great having lockers for us to leave our stuff on check out day. Loved the later checkout. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice coffee provided. Good showers and maintained temperature well. Reliable wifi. A very comfortable stay!
